Poison is as poison does. That’s about as simplistic a notion as I can break it down to. For those that think poisons magically disappear after a few days, they are simply trying to see, hear and speak no evil when it comes to chemicals used on our food and fiber crops. So long as poison is our main ingredient, we will continue to be a society plagued by cancer and other diseases that erode our immune system. So long as we heed advice from the very chemical companies causing much of the destruction of our farmland, we’ll continue to erode the energy needed to bring life back to the farm and the farmer.
It is time we awaken from the slumber that corporations like Monsanto and others have encouraged for decades. It is time for us to make decisions in what is best for ourselves, the land and future generations.
